DCC Rides privacy policy
Updated October 17, 2026. This policy describes the DCC Rides mobile website app operated by DCC Luxury Transportation LLC.
Information you choose to send
When you request a ride, you enter your name, phone number, travel date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, and any trip notes. If you have an agreed rate, you may add a company or rate reference. You can send a ride request in the DCC chat, or prepare a message addressed to DCC in your phone's text or email app. You review it and choose whether to send it. If you tap “Save details on this device,” the app stores your name, mobile number, and optional agreed-rate reference in this browser so you can fill them in with one tap next time. Trip dates and locations are not saved by this feature. You can remove saved details with “Forget saved details.” Without choosing to save, the request form does not store what you type on this device. DCC keeps business records from requests you send by in-app chat, text, or email and may separately enter completed ride details into the private ride-history service.
How DCC uses a sent request
If you send a message, DCC receives the details through in-app chat, text, or email and uses them to respond, quote or confirm availability, coordinate transportation, communicate about your trip, and keep appropriate business records. DCC may share necessary itinerary details with a chauffeur or transportation partner to arrange your service. Your text or email provider processes messages under its own terms and privacy practices.
In-app chat
When you send a chat message, DCC stores your name, optional mobile number, messages, replies, and message dates in the service so DCC can respond and coordinate your ride. A private browser cookie reconnects you to your conversation for up to 180 days. It does not verify your identity or connect your chat to ride history. Anyone using that browser may be able to reopen your conversation; clearing the DCC cookie starts a new chat. DCC receives messages in a private owner inbox. Replies appear when you open or refresh your chat; the app does not send push or text notifications for chat replies. If you transfer a booking to chat, a temporary draft is kept in this browser tab until you send it. For help with a conversation or to ask about deleting it, contact DCC.
Assigned-driver chat
After DCC approves a ride and assigns a driver, the customer and driver can exchange messages. DCC can review these messages. Drivers see the confirmed itinerary DCC shares, but do not receive the customer’s stored phone number or earlier DCC conversation. Driver access uses a private link saved in the driver’s browser tab for the session. Anyone with that link can access the assigned chat while it is active. DCC can revoke access by completing or reassigning the ride. Messages remain in DCC service records. Basic filters restrict phone numbers, email addresses, and web links in driver messages; they cannot prevent all sharing of contact information.
Private ride history
If DCC adds your completed rides to your history, the service stores your name, mobile number, ride date, pickup and drop-off, and optional trip notes. DCC sends you a unique private link. Anyone with that link can view your completed rides, so keep it private. Contact DCC if you lose the link, want it replaced, or want to ask about or remove a record. Replacing the link disables the old one. The history is not indexed for search.
Location, payments, and devices
The website app does not request access to your device's location. When you type at least three characters into a pickup or drop-off field, it sends the address text to an OpenStreetMap-based suggestion provider (Photon) to show matching places. You can type an address manually if suggestions are unavailable. It does not collect payment card information or process a payment. The app opens your device's messaging or mail composer only when you choose to send a request.
Your choices and contact
You can leave the form without sending a message. To ask about a request you sent, or request access to or deletion of information DCC holds about you, contact Nicolas.cruz7@gmail.com or 787-702-7808. DCC may retain information when needed for service records or legal obligations. We may update this page as the app changes.
